If you think you have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has it,  you can use the Government of Ontario’s self-assessment tool to help determine if you need to seek further care.

Access Test Results

If you have taken a COVID-19 test, you can access and view your test results from the Ministry of Health online through a new user-friendly tool. This is maintained by Ontario Health on behalf of the Ministry.
